FAQs

''How do I contact a listmyunibooks user?''

When you have found the book you want you can send the seller a message including your email address and additional questions/info. this will automatically be sent to the seller via email who will then contact you in order to exchange the book(s)

''Why should I use listmyunibooks?''

If you want extra cash for books you don’t need and want to save cash on the books you do, it’s a no-brainer! there are thousands of students desperate to get their hands on cheap uni books!

''What is an ISBN?''

This is the 'International Standard Book Number'. you will find it on the back of the book and it looks like a barcode. you will also find it on your reading list given by your tutor. if it isn’t on the back of the book it will be on one of the first few pages from the front.

TIP – Some books have two ISBN’s.

''How much should I sell my book for?''

Depending on condition and how recent the edition is you should charge whatever you would be happy accepting! for older editions and worn books there will obviously be less demand.

''I have finished uni so how and where do I sell my book(s)?''

Simply list the book up for sale, and arrange with the buyer for the book to be posted.

''How do I ensure my book sells?''

The best bet would be to ensure the price you list your book at is competitive and reasonable. Therefore if your book is listed as *MARKED*  you should try not to charge extortionate prices. Remember, students are always looking for the best deal.
